At ECSO Hub, we respect your privacy. Players can request the deletion of personal data associated with our games.
How to submit a request
Email studio@ecsohub.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Include the game name and your player ID or account email, if available.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will review your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable privacy laws. Certain information may be retained where legally permitted or required.
