1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ventiq puzzle game, publisher websites, or any associated services provided by ECSO Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. License Grant
ECSO Hub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ventiq software for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
3. User Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully within the gaming community. Prohibited actions include: reverse-engineering the game, using cheats or automation tools, harassing other players, or attempting to compromise the security of our servers.
4. Virtual Items
Any virtual currency or items acquired in Ventiq are licensed, not owned. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other legal tender outside of the game environment. Termination of your account may result in the loss of these items.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECSO Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our games. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
